These help secure multiple occupancy buildings such as blocks of apartments or offices. We have developed these solutions over the years after finding specific security issues that fall outside of our regular offering.

Our secure doors are just one method of doing that. However, there may be times when an area is outside with only a wall as protection. In these cases, we would advise our Rollems.
We design and manufacture our security Rollems as a smart alternative to barbed wire. A Rollem keeps with the overall look of the building while keeping intruders out.
Rollems can be installed on either a wall, fence or gate and stop anyone from climbing over. Unlike barbed wire, Rollems when grabbed spin around making it impossible to effectively grip and scale.
Fire escapes are needed on almost every type of communal building. It is not only illegal but also reckless to have a building such as a block of flats without a fire escape.
A route to escape is often only as good as the door shielding it. Fire escapes can come in all shapes and sizes, so it is key that this is considered. The Fire Escape Doors that we build are bespoke and have a variety of furniture options. These can be fitted for users to quickly and easily exit with while keeping the access point secure.
Our Fire Escape Doors can be fitted with push and panic bars, as well as with manual panic escape hardware. We can build our bespoke Fire Escape Doors engineered up to LPS 1175 SR4.
Security Gates are a natural extension of our Communal Entrances product range. They are ideal for outside locations where it is not entirely feasible to install a secure swing door.
For instance, there may be an external entrance through to a block of apartments that is brick wall either side. As a result our Security Gates are perfect for this type of setting.
As in many cases Security Gates will be fitted outside, meaning the fact that we build their frames from stainless-steel means that rusting is not going to be an issue.
The bespoke Security Gates we build feature all of the same locking options as our communal entrance swing doors and are manufactured in a similar style. With the key difference being narrow bars instead of glazing.
